John Thomas' Forty-eighth Week

<< Last week's page View Next week's page >>

John Thomas had a tough week. On Saturday night he and Mom were throwing up and had the runs. It lasted until Sunday. Mom was feeling better Wednesday, but as John Thomas lost this bug, he caught a cold with his Dad. He's been pretty miserable most of the week. Very clingy, and wants to be with Mom most of the time. We hope he will be all better by Monday, as that's when Mom is back to work.

Even though he's been sick and not eating as much as usual, he has grown taller this week. Mom and Dad noticed that some pants that used to be quite long on him, aren't really that long on him anymore. And he's learned a new skill -- squating. And while last week he figured out how to open the bathroom cupboards, this week he figured out how to do the same thing in the kitchen.
